Geminid meteor shower to brighten the sky this week

Geminids are very bright and often multicoloured, Ideal for viewing!
Skygazers around Ireland and the UK will be excited to watch this show of shooting stars on Monday evening and Tuesday morning.
The Meteor shower which appears every December will reach its peak at around 3am Tuesday morning.
While the meteor shower is best viewed on the 12th-13th of December, it can be viewed all month long!
Geminids come in many different colours, mostly white with some yellow, green, red and blue.
The shower could produce near 100 shooting stars at its peak.
There is no need for a telescope as it is viewable with the naked eye!
